Company history
- The beginning of the company dates back to 1968, when father Anton Maček started his craft business. In 1984, his son Zvonimir Maček continued his work in the home workshop in Logatec as an afternoon craftsman.
- The production program consisted mainly of services in the field of furniture industry, tool making and agricultural machinery.
- Good results and business expansion in 1994 led to the decision to pursue a full-time professional activity. The company Ključavničarstvo Maček s.p. was established
- The first CNC processing machines, a bending machine and sheet metal cutting shears were purchased. The business expanded from the woodworking industry to the CNC processing of aluminum castings.
- CNC machining of aluminum castings is still one of the pillars of our production processes.
- We also deal with demanding construction welding in the field of pressure process technology. We weld air dryers, where we use professionally qualified and certified welders.
- In 2013, the company was renamed Ključavničarstvo Maček d.o.o. and continues its successful path as a family business. The trademark - vise, has been with us ever since 1968, when it was depicted on the first business stamp.
- We sell our products mainly on the Slovenian market, but most of our products for the domestic market are incorporated into final products that are sold to large European and global companies. In indirect business, we cooperate with a global multinational.
- By meeting the quality requirements of customers and the requirements of international standards, as well as flexibility in the market, we want to satisfy our current and future customers in demanding markets in the future as well.
